Be a Part of Living Stations!

This year, we are producing a video of Living Stations, youth ministry's annual Good Friday re-enactment of Jesus' Passion and Death as told by the Stations of the Cross, to be published online for all to enjoy year-round for years to come.

All are welcome to be a part of our audience for our filming of Living Stations on Monday, March 30, starting around 5:15 pm (teens will show up at 5 or earlier) until about 7:00 pm. We need an audience to help fill the pews and participate in the responses outlined in the worship aides (which we will have available).

Please note that this will not be like the actual Good Friday Living Stations (which is at noon on Good Friday and will also be livestreamed on our Facebook) as we will start, stop and reset as needed to get the best shots possible and multiple different angles for this video.

There is no need to RSVP but ALL participants in Monday's filming must fill out our media release form below.
MEDIA RELEASE FORM FOR FILMING

I hereby grant permission to the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston (hereinafter referred to as AGH), St. Clare of Assisi, its successors and those acting under its permission or upon their authority, or pursuant to their request, the unqualified right and permission to photograph, interview, reproduce, publish, or circulate or otherwise use, myself and/or my child/children’s name(s), and any photographic/digital reproduction or other likeness of myself and/or my child/children.

It is my understanding that this photograph/video or portions thereof may be used for public view, including use on the St. Clare website, www.stclarehouston.org, or its official social media accounts.

I agree to allow myself and/or my child to participate in these projects without financial remuneration, and the consideration for this Release is my desire and intent to assist AGH. I further understand that this form releases AGH from any future claims or liabilities arising from the use of said photograph/ video.

This authorization and Release authorizes use of said name(s) and material in any published form and applies to any medium of advertising or publicity, including the Internet, for an unlimited period of time.
