Expedition Camp 2026

Expedition Camp is a half-week long, overnight camp for youth hosted and put together by several parishes from the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Held at Camp Kappe Youth Retreat Facility in Plantersville, Texas, Expedition provides an opportunity for youth to meet members of other local parishes while building lasting relationships with them and with Christ. Camp activities include kayaking, water games, competition games, nightly talks, prayer experiences, Adoration, daily Mass & more!

Expedition is open to youth enrolled in grades 6th-7th for the 2025-2026 school year. Food & an Expedition t-shirt are included with the $385 registration cost. Full payment and the last day to drop is April 1, 2026. Scholarships and fundraising are available so do not let money be an issue! Any fundraising amounts will go towards scholarships, transportation, lowering the remaining balance of the $385 cost and providing a St. Clare-specific shirt.

Spots are limited so register (16) and reserve your today by filling out the form below and paying a $100 deposit (part of the $385 cost)!! There is priority for St. Clare of Assisi parishioners and school families, and we will have a waitlist if necessary.

Chaperones (21+) and program assistants (adults 19-20) are free but will need to register below as well as do a background check and attend camp-specific training later in Spring 2026. There will be a discernment process for program assistants.

Please note there will be a meeting for parents and retreatants closer to the camp date.
