Junior High Faith Formation (JHFF)
Junior High Faith Formation (JHFF) is for all middle school grades (6-8), and our goal is to provide an opportunity for the youth to enjoy building a community through fellowship, and diving deeper into our Catholic faith and the Bible specifically.
Our focus is on the Bible, specifically learning our history, the different books of the Bible (not just memorizing the names but the actual content) and the historical context as well as the literary forms found in the Bible. JHFF uses elements from Loyola Press' Finding God, YOUCAT for Kids and Catechesis of the Good Shepherd for the curriculum, essentially building on Sandra Trevino's pre-K-5th religious curriculum used in the St. Clare's elementary faith formation. -
